You must provide valid, complete, and accurate information and keep it accurate throughout your use of the services. You agree to provide all information we request to deliver the service or as required by applicable regulations.

We may conduct any investigations we deem necessary to verify the information you provide, including screening government and commercial databases.

We treat all activities on the wallet account as originating from you. You may only use the services for your own account and not on behalf of any other person.

You must update your registration information immediately upon any change. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service to any person or entity at any time.

Your mobile number and password will be used to access the Application. You may also be asked to answer security questions or select other security credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials and must not disclose them. If they are compromised, you must notify us immediately through the methods specified in this Agreement to suspend the account and prevent any unauthorised transactions. 1. Our Services
This Agreement applies to your use of the Wallet Services. These services enable you to deposit funds, make purchases, withdraw/redeem funds, and transfer funds within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your wallet account is an electronic financial account and not a bank account. It provides you with the following features:

  • Sending and receiving domestic SAR transfers via your wallet's Virtual IBAN.

  • Making and receiving payments using virtual and physical payment cards.

  • Access to the SARIE system for inter-bank transfers.

  • Access to SADAD for bill payment to service providers.

  • Wallet-to-wallet money transfers.

  • Managing receipt of payments from your employer or any entity using our payroll services.

  • Requesting international remittances in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement.

  • Obtaining a payment card in accordance with the terms in Annex No. (1).

We may impose restrictions on service usage without prior notice, including transaction and load limits, in the following cases: (a) if we are exposed to financial risks; or (b) if you breach the terms of this Agreement; or (c) if a dispute arises relating to your account; or (d) if necessary to protect the security of our systems or to comply with SAMA requirements.

We may refuse to execute any transaction if we suspect fraud, a breach of this Agreement, or a violation of applicable regulations. In the event of refusal, we will notify you of the reasons unless prohibited or likely to compromise security measures.

We may cease providing the Wallet Services to you. You may also stop using them at any time.

All transactions appear in your wallet account and you may check your balance regularly. If you discover any discrepancies, you must report them immediately through the contact methods indicated at the top of this Agreement.

We will provide you with a transaction history statement at least once a month free of charge, including beneficiary details, amounts, fees, exchange rates, execution dates, and reference numbers.

Except for our role in providing the Wallet Services, we are not a party to any transactions between you and any other user or service provider, and we do not mediate disputes, sales contracts, or represent buyers or sellers of products or services offered by others.

  1. Payment Cards
Upon setting up a valid and active wallet account, we may automatically issue a virtual payment card linked to your account. You agree to the automatic issuance. A physical card may be requested in accordance with Annex No. (1). We retain ownership of all rights in any payment card and your entitlement to use it is by license only.

A payment card will only be valid for use after activation in accordance with Annex No. (1), the terms of which you accept upon activation.

All card controls, including locking, unlocking, freezing, and closure, are exercised exclusively by us pursuant to the license granted by SAMA. These controls may only be activated by:
    (a) The customer directly through the Application;
    (b) Our customer support team upon a verified request from the customer; or
    (c) Our fraud prevention or anti-money laundering teams pursuant to their regulatory mandate.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your card credentials and must not permit any other person to use them. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately.

  1. Sending Payments
Your authorisation to execute any transaction constitutes an instruction to us to carry out that transaction. You may authorise by following the on-screen instructions in the Application or through the tools we provide.

Sending payments from your account means either settling payments to a third party or service provider, transferring funds to another account in your name, or making cash withdrawals.

Payment instructions must be sent through the Application only. You alone are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of payment instructions, including beneficiary details.

If the beneficiary details you provided are incorrect, we will not be liable for any resulting loss, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in recovering your funds. We reserve the right to charge you, in accordance with applicable regulations, to cover reasonable costs incurred in doing so. If we are unable to recover the funds on your behalf, we will, upon receipt of a written request, provide you with all available relevant information to enable you to claim those funds at no additional cost.

You must provide us with any additional information we request regarding any payment within two (2) Business Days of the request. You hereby agree that we may include your full name, address, and account number (and any other details necessary for our anti-money laundering compliance) in the payment data sent to the beneficiary's bank or payment service provider in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. If we receive instructions from you to send a payment to an existing or new beneficiary and the account details are provided verbally (by phone, video call, or similar means), we will send you a confirmation email containing the beneficiary account details you provided.

You may cancel payment instructions for any future payments at any time before the scheduled execution date through the Application.

If payment instructions are received by the cut-off time on a Business Day, they will be deemed received on that day. If received after the cut-off time, they will be deemed received on the next Business Day.

After receiving payment instructions, we will provide you with: (1) confirmation of successful or failed execution; (2) a reference number for tracking; (3) the date and amount of the instructions; (4) fees and exchange rates; (5) the date we received the instructions.

You must notify us immediately of any payments made without your authorisation or incorrectly executed, so that you may claim a refund. We will not be liable for any incorrectly executed payment if you fail to notify us promptly. We will make our best reasonable efforts to recover the funds from the incorrect recipient and their payment service provider.

We may refuse payment instructions for certain reasons, such as a material breach of this Agreement or reasonable grounds to believe the payment is unlawful. In such cases, we will notify you through the contact details you provided and explain the reasons and how to correct the error where possible. We reserve the right to charge a fee to cover reasonable costs incurred. We are not obliged to notify you of a refusal if doing so would be unlawful.

  1. Settling Payments
Our services allow you to authorise direct payments to merchants and service providers. A payment is not complete until the merchant or service provider processes the authorisation. The merchant or service provider may delay processing your authorisation. We will hold the payment authorisation until the payment transaction is completed.

You may authorise merchants to collect payments via recurring payment, variable payment, or split payment. You may cancel a recurring payment at any time through "Account Settings" in the Application.

You are entitled to a full refund of any payment transaction you authorised, provided that: (a) the authorisation did not specify an exact transaction amount; (b) the amount exceeds what was expected based on your spending patterns; (c) you submit the refund request as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify that these conditions are met. If you have received a refund but have not returned the product to the merchant, we may charge you the product price in accordance with the original purchase order.

For unexecuted or incorrectly executed transactions, we will correct the error and restore the account to the state it would have been in had the incorrect transaction not been executed.

  1. International Remittances
This section applies to international remittances only.

You may transfer funds from your Available Balance through international remittances via our approved Transfer Partners, subject to the following specific terms:

You will bear all fees, taxes, and exchange charges relating to international remittances unless applicable regulations require otherwise.
You will be notified of applicable fees via the Application before completing the transfer where possible. You acknowledge that such fees cannot always be calculated in advance.
If a transaction is cancelled, rejected, or reversed for any reason, international remittance fees are non-refundable. We therefore recommend reviewing any request carefully before submission.
Transfer Partners may be prohibited from completing certain transactions under applicable regulations, including international sanctions lists.
International remittance amounts are generally paid in the currency of the destination country. Where the currency differs, conversion will be made at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transfer plus applicable transfer fees.
Transfer Partners are obligated to return the principal amount of a remittance upon your request or if it has not been paid to the recipient within forty-five (45) days. Transfer fees are non-refundable. We and remittance intermediaries may deduct an administrative fee, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations, from international remittances not collected within one year from the date of sending.
We do not guarantee delivery of any goods or services paid for through international remittances and are not liable for any delay resulting from exceeded limits or regulatory restrictions. We and remittance intermediaries shall not under any circumstances be liable for any damages resulting from delay, non-payment, or partial payment of international transfers, or non-delivery of any supplementary messages, whether due to negligence by their employees or agents or otherwise, except for the return of the principal amount of the international remittance.
We and remittance intermediaries shall not under any circumstances be liable for: (1) any fees or exchange rates used in the conversion to a non-local currency; (2) any acts or omissions of final or intermediate financial service providers; (3) any losses resulting from any fees or charges applied to your international remittance transaction; or (4) any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

  1. Prohibited Payments
We reserve the right to impose acceptable use conditions on the operation of your account and the provision of services, including prohibiting certain categories of transactions such as payments related to gambling, cryptocurrencies, and all virtual currencies. We will notify you of any new restrictions no less than thirty (30) days before they are applied.

You must not use the wallet account for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or financing of terrorism. If you commit or attempt to commit a prohibited transaction, we reserve the right to reverse the transaction and/or close the account and/or report the matter to the competent authorities.

  1. Depositing and Receiving Funds
Amounts paid by you or any other party into your account will be credited on the Business Day they are received. If received after the cut-off time, they will be deemed received on the next Business Day. We will not be responsible for those funds until received by us.
If funds are related to a cancelled transaction, we will debit the cancelled transaction from your account balance. If the balance is insufficient, we reserve the right to demand repayment from you.

You must regularly reconcile incoming payments against your records. The crediting of funds to your account does not mean those transactions cannot be reversed. We reserve the right to debit a payment from your wallet account if the payer or their bank cancels that payment.

All payments directed to us must be marked with a clear and complete reference to enable us to credit them to your account.

You are responsible for using accurate references for each payment. If they are absent or incorrect, we may: (1) reject the payment transaction; (2) seek the missing information before crediting; or (3) request it after crediting using a risk-based approach. In such cases, we will not be liable for any resulting loss, although we will make every reasonable effort to trace those payments and credit or return all payments not associated with a correct reference.

After crediting any payment to your account, we will provide you with the following: (1) a reference number to identify the payment transaction and, where available, the originating party and any information transmitted with the payment; (2) the amount and currency in which the funds are made available to you; (3) the fees or charges payable by you for the payment transaction; (4) the exchange rate we applied; (5) the date the payment was credited to your account.

  1. Payment Terms
You agree to pay all applicable fees for use of our services. We will notify you of applicable fees before you authorise any transaction.

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. All amounts and fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals. We will notify you of any fee changes no less than thirty (30) days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may terminate this Agreement without cost, provided you notify us before the end of that period.

We may deduct from your account balance or funding instruments any liability you owe us under this Agreement, including any fees.

If an error occurs in executing a transaction, you authorise us to open credit or debit entries in your account to correct that error in accordance with applicable regulations.

You are responsible for determining all taxes and charges payable in connection with your use of the services.

  1. Execution
You must comply with all technical and operational specifications we provide. We will notify you of any changes no less than thirty (30) days before implementation, unless immediate implementation is required to protect and serve your interests and ours.

We may make modifications, updates, or upgrades to the Wallet Services and will notify you no less than thirty (30) days before implementation unless immediate implementation is required. In such cases, you must test and adjust the Application or service as necessary to ensure it functions correctly in accordance with the then-current version of the Wallet Services.

  1. Term and Termination
This Agreement comes into effect from the date you register a wallet account with us through the Application. It remains in force unless terminated in accordance with this section.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting customer service and closing your wallet account. Upon closure, all pending transactions will be cancelled.

We may terminate the service and this Agreement for any reason and at any time with prior notice to you. We may suspend the service and block access to the account in the following cases: (a) if you breach the terms of this Agreement; (b) if you appear to present credit or fraud risks; (c) if you provided false or incorrect data; (d) if we have security concerns regarding your account; or (e) if unauthorised or fraudulent use is suspected. In such cases, we will notify you of the reasons for suspension where possible.

We will not be liable to you for any compensation or refunds of any kind, whether direct or indirect, including for loss of potential profits, expected sales, or business reputation, or for costs, investments, or obligations related to your use, termination, or suspension of the Wallet Services. Upon termination for any reason: (a) you remain liable for all fees, charges, and other payment obligations incurred up to the termination date; (b) your access to the Application will be suspended. In addition to any payment obligations under this Agreement, the following provisions of this Agreement shall continue to apply after termination.

If funds remain in your wallet account after termination, we will, upon request, refund the full balance of electronic money. You may request to receive your funds in cash or by transfer to your bank account (in which case you must provide us with your bank account details). We will refund those funds to you within one month of receiving the transfer request, using the method you select, with our discretion to determine the applicable method based on the amount held in the account.

  1. Privacy
We use your personal data as set out in the Privacy Notice and as further detailed in this Agreement. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Notice. If we decide to change the Privacy Notice, we will publish the changes on the Privacy Notice page so that you are always informed of what information we collect, how we use it, and the circumstances under which we disclose it. You should therefore review the Privacy Notice periodically to stay informed of any changes.

We will protect and maintain the confidentiality of your personal data, including where data is held by an agent or third party on our behalf, and we will ensure that adequate policies, procedures, and controls are applied and maintained. We will not disclose your personal data unless: (1) required by applicable laws and regulations, or requested by the Central Bank or other competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; or (2) disclosed following your written consent. For further information, please refer to the Privacy Policy accessible through the Application.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights relating to the Wallet Services, the Application, content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, databases, and any other related materials — whether registered or unregistered — are the exclusive property of us or our licensors and are protected under the applicable intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Wallet Services, the Application, or any part thereof. What is granted to you is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Application on your eligible device for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application or any part thereof. You may not create derivative works from it or use it in any way that exceeds the scope of the licence granted under this Agreement.

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the service, you hereby grant us a non-exclusive, unrestricted, royalty-free right to use, develop, and apply such feedback without any obligation to you.

Any unauthorised use of the intellectual property rights protected under this Agreement constitutes an express infringement of our rights and entitles us to take all necessary legal action to seek compensation and stop the infringement.

  1. Warranties
You represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are eligible to use the service and have the right and authority to enter into this Agreement; (b) any transaction you submit will be conducted in good faith; (c) you will only use the services for your own account and not on behalf of others, and the name you registered is your name or the trade name you use for your products and services; (d) you and all your transactions will comply with all applicable laws and regulations; (e) you will not use the services directly or indirectly for any fraudulent purposes; (f) you are not subject to any sanctions and are not listed on any prohibited or restricted parties list, and you are not owned by or under the control of any such parties.

We do not provide any express warranties regarding the provision of the Wallet Services in terms of their continuity, freedom from errors, or that your use of the Wallet Services will meet your requirements; that your use will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; or that all information obtained through your use will be accurate and reliable.

No conditions, warranties, or other terms (including implied terms relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, or conformity with description) apply to the Wallet Services except to the extent expressly stated in this Agreement.

  1. Liability
By using the Application and our services, you acknowledge and agree that your use is at your own risk, and that the Application management bears no legal obligations for the accuracy of information or results of using the provided services, as set out in the provisions below.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits our liability for losses that cannot be excluded under applicable regulations.

Subject to the preceding provision, we are not liable for: (1) loss of profits; (2) loss of goodwill or reputation; (3) loss of business; (4) loss of revenue; (5) loss of data; (6) any indirect or consequential losses.

We are also not liable for any loss resulting from: (1) your reliance on advertising or marketing information; (2) any change to or cessation of the service; (3) any service failure; (4) deletion of any contact data; (5) failure to provide us with accurate information; (6) any fraudulent use on your part.

The Wallet Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that: (1) the service will be continuously available or free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures; (2) the service will meet your specific requirements or expectations; (3) information or results obtained through the service will be accurate, reliable, or complete; (4) any defects or errors in the service will be corrected within a specified time.

  1. Indemnification
You must indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our Affiliates (and their employees, directors, agents, and representatives) from and against any and all claims, costs, lawsuits, proceedings, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, judgments, tax assessments, fines, interest, and related expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) arising from any claim, action, audit, investigation, enquiry, or legal proceedings brought by any person or entity in connection with: (a) any actual or alleged breach of your representations, warranties, or obligations under this Agreement, including any breach of our policies or engagement rules; (b) any infringement, misrepresentation, or actual or alleged violation of third-party rights or applicable law through your trademarks used in connection with the Wallet Services or the Application during your use of the Wallet Services; (c) your use of the Wallet Services; or (d) any transaction submitted by you through the Wallet Services.

  2. General Provisions

We may amend the terms of this Agreement at any time with no less than thirty (30) days' prior notice to you. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may terminate this Agreement and close your account at no cost. Your acceptance of amendments will be deemed given if you do not terminate this Agreement before the end of the notice period.

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by the Saudi Central Bank from time to time.

  1. Annex No. (1) – Payment Card Terms and Conditions

Pursuant to Section 5 of this Agreement, we will issue, where the service is available, a virtual payment card directly linked to your wallet account. A physical payment card directly linked to your wallet account may also be requested (each referred to individually as a "Payment Card"). The provisions of this Agreement and these Payment Card Terms and Conditions ("Card Terms") apply to your use of your payment cards. Please read these Terms carefully before using your card.

  1. Application and Activation of Payment Card

Payment cards are issued by us. Upon verifying the existence of a valid and active wallet account, we may automatically issue a virtual payment card. If you express a preference for a physical card in addition to the virtual card, we will fulfil your request subject to availability.
You may activate your payment card by logging into your account and entering the last four (4) digits of the card number or by using Near Field Communication (NFC).
You may request a physical card by contacting us. Upon receipt, you may activate it by logging in and creating a Personal Identification Number (PIN).

  2. Payment Card Validity Period
The card expires five (5) calendar years from the date of issuance unless otherwise indicated on the card.

  3. Additional Cards
We may, upon your request, issue additional payment cards linked to your account. The Card Terms apply to additional cards in the same manner as to the primary card. You, as the primary cardholder, are responsible for all obligations arising from the use of additional cards, including any overdue or outstanding balances.

  4. Right of Cancellation and Termination

You have the right to cancel your payment card without charge. Please note that card issuance fees remain non-refundable.
You may cancel your payment card at any time by notifying us through the available contact methods.
We may terminate the Card Terms and cancel the card by giving you thirty (30) days' notice.
Upon termination, all amounts outstanding to us become immediately due and payable.
If you become bankrupt or insolvent, all amounts outstanding on your payment cards will become immediately due and payable under the Card Terms.
If you fail to comply with the Card Terms, we may terminate these terms and you will be obliged to pay all amounts owed to us. You will also be responsible for all expenses, fees, and costs we incur, including legal fees incurred in collecting those amounts from you.

  5. Card Replacement
We may issue a new card in the following circumstances: (1) you report loss, theft, or damage of the physical card; (2) it is cancelled due to suspected fraudulent activity; (3) its expiry date is approaching; (4) technical or operational improvements; or (5) compliance with applicable regulations.
If the physical card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you must notify us immediately. You are responsible for any transactions that occurred before we received notification.
If your payment card is accessed or used without authorisation by a third party, you must notify us immediately. You are responsible for any transactions that occurred before notification.

  6. Your Responsibilities

Do not allow any other person to use your cards and keep them under your personal supervision at all times.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any disclosure of your card to a third party or unauthorised access to it.
You must keep your contact details up to date and notify us immediately of any changes.
We are not responsible for any merchant's refusal to accept your cards. You must contact the merchant directly to resolve any issue relating to goods or services they have provided.
Cards must not be used for any unlawful purpose. In the event of a breach, we have the right to cancel the cards and demand immediate payment of all outstanding amounts.

  7. Payment Card Limits
The payment limit of cards linked to your account is set at the value of your Available Balance at all times and is subject to change at our discretion. You may always check your Available Balance by logging into your wallet account.
You may view the transaction history relating to your card(s) through the Application, including a summary of transactions on your payment card(s).
When you complete any transaction using your payment card, we will collect those amounts through automatic debit from your wallet account for each transaction.
If your balance is insufficient to cover outstanding amounts, we may: (1) freeze your account and cards; (2) seek an amicable settlement before taking any further action.
You acknowledge and agree that failure to receive a statement does not relieve you of your obligation to pay amounts outstanding on your payment cards. You may ascertain amounts outstanding on your payment card by accessing your wallet account through the Application. If you disagree with any amount charged to your payment card as shown in a statement, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the date that transaction appeared in the statement. Failure to notify us will mean we bear no responsibility if the matter is not successfully resolved with the processing bank and/or the billing entity.

  8. Fees and Charges
You agree to pay any non-refundable annual fees, upgrade fees, and any charges for additional services as shown in the Application, to be debited directly from your account.
We reserve the right to amend our fees and terms from time to time. Any amendments become effective and binding thirty (30) days after notifying you. Continued use of the card constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
If you do not agree to the amendments, you may terminate the Card Terms after paying all outstanding amounts on the payment cards and returning the cards to us when requested.

  9. Disputed Transactions
Your liability for unauthorised use of the card is determined as follows: (1) your maximum liability before notifying us of loss or theft is limited to your Available Balance or the value of unauthorised transactions, whichever is lower; (2) you will not bear any liability for unauthorised transactions that occur after you have notified us, provided you have exercised due care, meaning you notified us immediately without delay and took necessary steps to protect the payment cards from loss, theft, or unauthorised use.
Upon notification of unauthorised transactions, we will conduct the necessary investigations to determine liability and you must provide us with all required information and documentation.
Upon receipt of a loss or theft notification, we will block the card. You will bear no further liability provided you acted in good faith and with reasonable care. If the reported card is recovered, you must notify us immediately and deliver it to the nearest support centre for destruction.
The authorisation and indemnification provisions in this section remain in full force and effect unless and until we receive a termination notice from you and have had reasonable time to act upon it in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Termination will not relieve you of any obligations under this authorisation and indemnification in respect of any action taken before the end of that period.
Your failure to sign any sales voucher or mail order form does not relieve you of your obligations to us in respect of sales and mail orders. You have the right to dispute any amounts charged to your payment card as described above.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any malfunction of the payment card due to your error, insufficient funds, or any other cause whether within or outside our control, unless such direct and actual loss or damage is due to our negligence.

  10. Final Provisions
You may terminate the Card Terms if you do not agree with any amendment by notifying us within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt and after settling all outstanding amounts.
You authorise us to send your payment card data and that of additional cardholders, together with your account details, to the Central Bank, banks, and any other relevant parties. You also grant us authorisation to obtain and/or disclose information we may require (at our discretion) from/to the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) or any other SAMA-approved parties to verify, review, or manage your wallet account and payment cards.
If you exercise the right of termination, you must settle all outstanding amounts and return the cards to us upon request.
We may at any time request any documents or information we deem necessary to apply the Card Terms and deliver the service.
Saudi Riyals are the base currency for calculating all transactions and commissions in relation to payment cards.
We may subcontract part of the services provided under these Terms to a third party. You are responsible for contacting our support centre if any issue arises. We will remain liable to you for any direct, recoverable loss or damage caused to you as a result of the subcontracting and will maintain the confidentiality of any information to the same extent as we would protect such information ourselves.
You must notify our service centre in writing as soon as possible of any changes to your address and/or office, home, or mobile telephone numbers. Failure to notify us will relieve us of any further responsibility in respect of official correspondence.
We have the right to treat instructions as fully authorised and binding on you, and to take any steps in connection with or pursuant to those instructions as we see fit, whether the instructions relate to the payment, debit, or charging of any amounts, or to the disbursement of any funds, guarantees, or documents, or to binding you to any transaction or arrangement of any kind, regardless of the nature of the transaction, arrangement, or the financial amount concerned.

If you have any enquiries, objections, or complaints regarding your payment cards, you may contact us through our customer service team.
